Ty Reichard

As an analyst on the Development Capital Markets team, Mr. Reichard is responsible for underwriting acquisition and development opportunities and performing due diligence throughout the development cycle.

Prior to joining Middleburg, Mr. Reichard was a summer analyst at MAI Capital Management where he assisted in underwriting investment opportunities, client tax optimization, and client cash flow analyses.

Mr. Reichard earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with concentrations in finance and accounting from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
