Tim McEachern

Mr. McEachern leads all development activity for Middleburg in the Tampa Bay and Southwest Florida regions. He is responsible for originating and structuring new multifamily and single family for rent (SFR) development opportunities located throughout SW Florida.

Tim brings 25 years of experience in developing, constructing, and financing of commercial and multifamily projects. He was previously the Managing Director of Development for LIV Development where he developed eleven luxury, class-A multifamily communities throughout Florida comprising 3,100 units. Prior to LIV Development, Tim served as Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Lending Group for Regions Bank, where he managed a $425 million portfolio of CRE loans and originated $310 million in new loan production.

Tim received his Bachelor of Design in Architecture and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Florida.
