Sean Rosko

In his role, Mr. Rosko is responsible for managing all aspects of the planning and execution of multifamily and single family for rent development opportunities across the Atlanta metropolitan region. These responsibilities include site feasibility and analysis, due diligence, land planning, scheduling, budgeting, financial analysis, design, entitlements and permitting, financing support, and direct coordination with various design and development team professionals.

Prior to joining Middleburg, Mr. Rosko served as VP of Development with South City Partners overseeing development operations across the southeast. Over the course of his career, Mr. Rosko has completed over 3,000 multifamily units and over 2,000 student housing beds across nearly all product types.

Mr. Rosko graduated from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate.
