Michael Bediones
As Vice President of Asset Management, Mr. Bediones is responsible for executing the business plans for both projects under active development and operated assets. This includes monthly reporting to equity investors on project status and financial performance, strategic positioning and spearheading recapitalization and disposition of assets.
Mr. Bediones was previously on the Development Team at Rockefeller Group, helping the storied owner, operator and developer of urban mixed-use projects pursue new acquisitions and development opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic. Prior to that, Mr. Bediones was part of the Finance Team at Douglas Development, one of the largest developers in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area. There he performed financial analysis and helped oversee a development pipeline of more than four million square feet under and an existing portfolio of over 12 million square feet of multifamily, office, retail, hospitality and mixed-use properties. Mr. Bediones began his career in commercial real estate as a Financial Analyst at Greysteel, specializing in multifamily investment sales.
Mr. Bediones received his Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Tufts University.
