Landon Domann

In his role as Preconstruction Manager, Mr. Domann is responsible for assisting the Director of Preconstruction with budgeting and pricing from the conceptual level through design development documents. Responsibilities include site analysis, building systems estimating, quantitative analysis, cost trending, risk assessment and subcontractor relations.

Mr. Domann has grown up in the construction industry, doing flooring work with his father, has over 8 years of Estimating and Preconstruction experience in residential & multi-family construction. Prior to joining Middleburg, Mr. Domann spent a few years with a multifamily renovation's general contractor as one of their first estimators. Mr. Domann then went on to become the lead estimator for a mechanical & plumbing subcontractor, specializing in multifamily/residential type work for 4 years. Mr. Domann has experience in Multifamily garden style, podium style, deck wraps, high-rises, affordable housing, senior living, and single-family type work.

Mr. Domann graduated from University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management.
