Jeff Sedalnick

As Senior Project Manager at Middleburg, Mr. Sedalnick oversees new multifamily construction projects beginning at inception through construction completion. Responsibilities include managing relationships with development partners, assisting pre-construction, subcontract negotiation and execution, scheduling, budget management, quality control, and resource and staff management.

Mr. Sedalnick brings 25 years of diverse construction experience in healthcare, federal and military facilities, retail, education, and diverse multifamily product types to Middleburg. This diverse background allows him to apply different approaches to resolving construction issues.

Mr. Sedalnick is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.
