Jeff Buising

As Senior Vice President, Jeff Buising is responsible for the management and operations of the property management company. Jeff oversees the day-to-day operations, including oversight of regional managers, the operations support team, portfolio management, and implementing programs that enhance efficiency and profitability of the communities that we manage.

Jeff is a seasoned operations leader in the multifamily industry. For over twenty years, he has had extensive management experience operating conventional garden, mid and high-rise, mixed-use, new construction, and lease-up apartment communities. Jeff has grown through the industry; from leasing and managing on-site to serving as a Regional Manager, Vice President of Operations and COO.

Jeff is a graduate of Virginia Tech where he majored in Residential Property Management and holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
