Jami Anderson
In the summer of 2023, Ms. Anderson joined the Middleburg team, assuming the position of Director of Training and Support. In her capacity, she enhances the skills and knowledge of both onsite and corporate associates by creating and implementing engaging training materials, ensuring that every associate receives the necessary training and tools for success within their respective roles. She also takes on the responsibility of overseeing our centralized team that assists our onsite teams with acquiring prospects and managing resident accounts. Additionally, Ms. Anderson collaborates directly with our operations' supplier partners to develop, implement, and provide training for platforms used by our onsite teams.
Ms. Anderson began her multi-family career in 2009 as a leasing agent. Over the years, she accumulated extensive experience in various positions, and her passion for education and training as a mentor continued to grow. In 2017, she transitioned from onsite into a corporate marketing and training role, allowing her to focus on honing her skills in supporting the development of associates. Ms. Anderson is deeply committed to discovering innovative solutions to address the challenges and requirements faced by professionals in the industry.
Ms. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is actively involved in the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association as a member of their Board of Directors and dedicates her time to facilitating NAA credential courses for local multi-family professionals.
