Chris Morrison

As Project Manager of Construction, Mr. Morrison is responsible for overseeing new multifamily and single family for rent projects from preconstruction to certificate of occupancy. Key responsibilities include staff management, negotiation and execution of subcontracts, owner/architect relations, scheduling and quality control.

Mr. Morrison has over 25 years within the Residential, Commercial, and Multifamily industries. Before joining Middleburg, Mr. Morrison spent 20 years as Senior Director of Construction. Mr. Morrison has experience overseeing Luxury Custom Homes, Commercial, Townhome, and Multifamily Construction Projects where he currently holds Commercial Building Licenses in North Carolina & South Carolina

Mr. Morrison attended Fairmont State University and studied Marketing/Management.
