Brittney Bradshaw

Miss Bradshaw will oversee drafting, managing, and ensuring project contract compliance. In her role as Contract Manager, Miss Bradshaw works closely with the Project Managers and Field Team to generate contracts and purchase orders. Miss. Bradshaw will also assist Subcontractors with their monthly draws and owner billing.

Miss Bradshaw has over 8 years of experience in multifamily construction contract administration. Before joining Middleburg, Brittney spent 2 years with MIG Real Estate as a Senior Contract Administrator, supporting the Director of Construction and Senior Project Manager. Miss Bradshaw also spent 4 years with Greystar Real Estate as Project Manager, supporting the Blackstone/Livcor portfolio.

Miss Bradshaw received the customer impact award from Greystar and her associate's degree in administration from the University of Phoenix.
