Brandee O'Neal

As an Assistant Project Manager, Ms. O’Neal is responsible for supporting new multi-family and single-family for rent construction projects from inception to completion. Her responsibilities include assisting in subcontract negotiation and execution, budget management, scheduling, procurement, and maintaining quality control.

A native of Charlotte and a graduate of King’s College, Ms. O’Neal has aided in the successful completion of over 20 commercial construction projects. She also brings extensive knowledge in pre-construction, with a background in both residential and commercial estimating.
