Billy Maloni

In his role, Mr. Maloni is responsible for refining the prototype design drawings. He will be working with our construction and development teams and our design partners to identify and implement best practices across all markets. Mr. Maloni is also responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partner relationships with various equipment and material vendors to drive cost savings and further standardize our construction processes.

Mr. Maloni has 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Before joining Middleburg, Mr. Maloni worked for Balfour Beatty where he was involved in managing several projects in the construction phase, onsite as well as the preconstruction phases, bidding and buying out work.

Mr. Maloni graduated from Trinity College with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA from The University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Mr. Maloni is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the District of Columbia.
